A graduate of Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Arts, Graham received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Howard University School of Law; and has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Clayton A. Graham is principal partner in the law firm of Graham & Associates, PC. Mr. Graham practices in the areas of business and commercial law, real estate, municipal finance, civil litigation and probate law. Graham is a former Interim General Counsel of the Indianapolis Bond Bank; a founding partner of the law firm Coleman Graham & Stevenson, LLC; former Deputy Attorney General for the State of Indiana; former Marion County Deputy Prosecutor, as well as having served as a Marion County Deputy Public Defender.

Mr. Graham serves as Chair, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Indiana Holiday Commission; Commissioner, Indianapolis Housing Agency; Board Member, Marion County Public Defender Agency. He is a former National President of the Howard University School of Law Alumni Association; member of the American Bar Association; life member of the National Bar Association, and former Vice Chair of the Civil Trial Advocacy Section; member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers; member of the Indiana State Bar Association, and former Treasurer of the Criminal Justice Section; member Indianapolis Bar Association; life member of the Marion County Bar Association; member of the Sagamore American Inn of Court; member of the Seventh Circuit Bar Association; and member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity.
