Education: Indiana University School of Law, J.D., 1982

Judicial Experience: Judge, Marion Superior Court, 1990-1996; 2000-present

Significant Legal Accomplishments: Eleven (11) years as a civil court trial judge; affirmed by the Indiana Supreme and Appellate Courts in more than 80% of cases; has consistently maintained the highest or second highest rate of disposition of cases of any civil trial judge with the smallest backlog of cases during the same period of time.

Personal Statement: I have eleven (11) years experience serving as a judge and managing one of the busiest trial courts in the State of Indiana. In that time, I have always endeavored to treat all litigants fairly, to follow the law and to handle all matters expeditiously. I will continue to do so as long as I am on the bench.
