Judicial Experience: Marion County Small Claims Court, Warren Township Division, 1994-2000 Marion Superior Court, Criminal Division 7, 2001- Present

Significant Legal Accomplishments: Marion County Community Corrections Advisory Board, 2001-Present; Currently Vice Chairman. Piloted and implemented the SCRAM program (Alcohol Monitoring System) in Indiana

Other Legal Involvement: Serve on the Forensic Diversion Commitee (responsible for developing and, hopefully, implementing, the program in Marion County); Indianapolis Bar Association Leadership Development Committee; Bar Leader Series Committee; Indianapolis Bar Association Criminal Modest Means Committee; Indianapolis Bar Foundation Board of Directors; Indianapolis Bar Foundation Distinguished Fellow

Personal Statement: I'm sure everyone is aware of my background, experience and reputation and can appreciate that I practiced Law for 15 years in my own Firm prior to taking the Bench. I think that says a lot, and truly means something to the Defense bar.
